Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and packaged within three business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Available shipping services, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Pista Hut is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Orders

International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price, shipping charge, or amount collected at checkout.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. High-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
